Alan A. SaidiAlan Saidi is the Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of A.C.E.I. Since the inception of A.C.E.I. Alan Saidi has been involved in the on-going development and enhancement of ACEI’s electronic database on world education systems and credential equivalencies. Holding an Engineering Degree in Electronics Engineering with prior experience in both academe and business, Alan Saidi’s automation of ACEI’s more than fifteen years of evaluations provides ACEI’s team of evaluators with immediate and efficient access to information promoting consistency and accuracy in educational equivalency reporting. Alan Saidi has regularly led training workshops and presented on foreign educational systems and the recognition of international educational credentials at various professional conferences. | |
Beth CotterSince 1997 Ms. Cotter has provided credential evaluations for individuals, law firms, and employers representing clients from over 140 countries seeking nonimmigrant business-related visas issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The credentials represent secondary school to post-doctoral levels of education and areas of specialization such as engineering, law, and medicine. The CIS, U.S. and State of Georgia Departments of Labor, and institutions of higher education accept her evaluations as authoritative. Ms. Cotter is currently President and CEO of Foreign Credential Evaluations (FCE), Inc.
Ms. Cotter had nine years of corporate experience and eight years of teaching and administrative experience in curriculum development at the post-secondary level prior to joining FCE. She regularly attends state, regional, and national conferences dealing with foreign admissions and credentials. She presents at both GAIE (Georgia Association of International Educators) and NAFSA: Association of International Educators conferences and at the NAFSA Summer Admissions Institute. She has been a member of NAFSA and of GAIE since 1999, and was a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers from 1999 to 2009.
Ms. Cotter holds an undergraduate degree in German from Wake Forest University (B.A. 1974), an MBA from Georgia State University (1983), and has pursued graduate studies in German at the University of North Dakota.

David A. RobinsonDavid A. Robinson, Ph.D. is President of the Association of International Credential Evaluators.
From 1963-1966, Dr. Robinson served as President of American Studies Press in Lima Peru. From 1967-1973 he was Assistant Dean of Admissions for International Students at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA where he developed and implemented the Admissions Policy Manual for International Students. From 1973-1990, Dr. Robinson was the Executive Vice-President at ELS Language Centers, USA.
David A. Robinson holds the Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master of Arts in Anthropology from Stanford University and the Doctor of Philosophy in Latin American Studies from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Robinson has presented topics on international student admissions at professional conferences. He was appointed as Administrative Director on the 1977 Latin American workshop project sponsored by the National Association for Foreign Student Affairs (NAFSA) and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO)
| and led the research team in Uruguay and Paraguay. He also participated in the 1987 PIER Workshop on Central

Deborah LisanoDr. Deborah Lisano has been involved in International Education since 1987. From 1987 to 1992, she served as a Graduate Assistant in the Graduate School at the University of Georgia, Athens, GA, where she assisted with the calculation of International and domestic grade point averages, and foreign credential evaluation processes. From 1992 to 1999, she served as Foreign Credential Evaluator and International Admissions Counselor, and from 1999 to 2003, as Associate Director of Admissions for the Graduate School at the University of Georgia where she was responsible for foreign credential evaluation and the admission of the International graduate students. Dr. Lisano has been a member of the NAFSA: Association of International Educators from 1992 to present, as well as a Member of NAFSA: AIE Region VII, the Georgia Association of International Educators, and the Alabama Association of International Educators. Jasmin S. Kuehnert Jasmin S. Kuehnert is the founder, President and CEO of Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI), incorporated in the State of California since 1994. She was the former Executive Director of the International Education Research Foundation, Inc. Jasmin S. Kuehnert is recognized as an authority on world education systems and is actively engaged in international educational and exchange. She has authored the Country Guide Series Reports on Senegal (2000) and Cameroon and co-authored the 1998 book on the system of education of Hong Kong. She has contributed to PIER Reports on the systems of education of Central America (1987), Canada (1987), and the United Kingdom (1990). Jasmin S. Kuehnert served as Chair of the Admission-Section (ADSEC) Committee of NAFSA (National Association of Foreign Student Advisors: Association of International Educators) from 1999 to 2001, as Chair of NAFSA’s Region XII Southern District committee from 1995 to 1999, and served on AACRAO’s Publication and Reviews Committee from 1990-1993. Mike LisanoDr. Mike Lisano has been heavily involved in International Education since 1985.
